The sense of urgency for getting meds called in is the worst. Coming from Green Bay, WI where doctors are thorough and right on the ball and here in MI it seems like drs just don't care regarding meds for the elderly. My mom constantly has to ask for her meds to be be redilled and even when Walmart calls the drs they still do nothing for days and we have to wait for a week to get anything to get filled. It's not like I can drive into Mt Pleasant everyday to grab meds. Very disappointed in this office. My mom deserves better ... read more
Jean’s great but I went to my appointment weeks ago was supposed to get my prescription for my blood pressure meds sent to the pharmacy then went to get it filled the other day prescription never got sent over. Of course it’s almost impossible to get ahold of someone without having to leave a voicemail and wait days for a response. Plus the office was closed for 2 days. I called to ask how long it usually takes the doctor to approve it so I know when I can get my prescription that should have already been sent to the pharmac... read more
