I left the appt feeling unwanted, unsafe, not listened to, misunderstood and completely degraded. She referred me to an off site app not run by Northern Light to address a serious and ongoing medical issue. I have extremely serious concerns about my medical info privacy and the app. She did not talk about the reason why I was referred to her by my Primary. Jean Antonucci is an amazing person and she does her job very well! It may seem a little bit unsettling with her at first, but as for most people I'm sure, As long as ur completely honest with her she will always work with you, & she always tries her best to be fair. I'm very happy that shes my doctor. i couldn't have choosen someone better! I've been going to sebasticook family practice in Pittsfield along with the one in Newport for a few years now now and I really like this office. The employees ate very nice and funny!
