I went to visit this location to get my eyebrows waxed on August 23rd, 2026 around 1pm. The lady took me to the back room to get my eyebrows waxed. By the end of my appointment, she had gotten wax in the hair on my head, she got wax drops on my shirt (and I was just heading over for brunch, mind you I was in good clothes), and worst of all, she peeled off a large portion of my skin underneath my eyebrows which was burning excruciatingly.
