Really quite awful. First they took the payments we were making towards another property and kept putting them on the wrong property causing the other property to be charged late charges. We're stuck with using only them for water obviously, but their meter also broke in February and showed we used "4 hundred gallons" in January it showed we used "67 hundred gallons" and before that 73.
