Tammy is a awful person she hollers at the customers for asking simple questions. She's very badly mannered she threw my money at me and told me to go to customer service and I asked her why and she gave me the nastiest face. I don't want to make it a racial thing but I noticed that she only treated all the black customers with a hostile tone and rolled her eyes everytime one approached her window. If you hate your job that much or people of the community you should find another job..
Chase and Michaels just came out to light the pilot in my fireplace and I appreciate the face that they were very polite . They were in and out but NOT so quick that they did NOT provide me with some life saving and much needed tips. Love my fireplace and as cold as it's getting it's gonna be nice to watch a movie and enjoy my fireplace keeping me warm and cozy while doing so. Kudis to JEA for having these guys in their team !
