Went to pay bill at 9 and they're closed from 8:30-10 for training. As many employees as you have this should be done in stages so you have people to take payments. Also mail/payment drop was closed off, come on guys!

Customers Beware.!!!! The so-called levelized billing at the Jackson Energy Authority (JEA) in Jackson, TN, is an absolute rip-off. THE NUMBERS DO NOT LIE. There is nothing designed within JEA to help the customer or save him/her money. I wanted to see if it was the actual scam that I thought it was, so I chose to sign up. I paid considerably more in the months that I was part of the program than I paid the previous year without participating in the program. Refrain from participating in this so-called helpful plan.

Giving it one star is honestly generous. Paid for 1 gig internet and they refused to set up the internet with my router. They said I could set it up myself and call customer service to reset the modem. Tested speeds with their provided router and was only getting 40 mbps. I have called and had the modem reset 3 times and that didn't work. They said a technician would be out by 9:00 pm (they told me this at 1:00 pm) it's 9:00 and the technician still isn't here.
