The whole process was very smooth from beginning to end. A Turkish rug that had been used in a high-traffic area needed deep cleaning. Pickup was on time, and everything was explained clearly. After cleaning at their facility, the rug was returned looking much better. The wool felt soft again, and the surface looked clean. It didn’t look overdone, just properly refreshed.
