Dealt with Sophia in regards to a stolen tractor from Canada that was recovered and at their yard in French Camp. Was extremely polite and very helpfull from the first phone call right up until our driver arrived to pickup. The tow truck driver Camron, showed up super fast and had my big rig hooked up quick because my truck was blocking the flow of traffic. High recommend J&E they are professionals and quick.
Triple aaa was busy had no choice but They are to expensive charged me almost 400 dollars just to help get my vehicle out the mud that’s ridiculous overpriced and just greedy I will definitely avoid this place at all costs and for now on call my own tow truck lol
Very rude lady at front desk. I called to get info on hours and was told they’re open until 5pm but they close the gates at 4:55pm. 5pm is already super early to close and to know they close things earlier than described just makes it a bigger inconvenience. You’ll need to take time off work and hope someone is around to help. And they know this. So each day is just adding more money for them.
