So I understand that they have to be careful about who they hand vehicles back too …… HOWEVER it is very convenient that the more difficult it is to retrieve your vehicle the more outrageous the storage fee is. I recently crashed my motorcycle about 1.5 miles away from their yard. $350 for the tow truck $75/ day to store and it starts in the day of the tow!!! I had my RV towed there. They charged double per night than what was posted on the wall. They didn't want to release my RV because they said I needed a Class A Drivers License to Drive a Class A RV. I told them in the state of California. I do NOT need a Class A license to drive the RV because it's under 26,000 lbs. I googled it for them but it wasn't good enough.
