Absolutely top notch service from James and Stacey with our garage roller door. Great communication throughout letting us know when James would be arriving which sometimes these days can be rare. James is very knowledgeable and immediately saw the issues which we were experiencing. He adjusted the roller door and the door now works flawlessly. He also provided a lot of clear information on the maintenance and what to look out for. Thoroughly recommended and it goes without saying that we will be using them again. Thanks ag... read more

WARNING: DO NOT ENGAGE! I usually don’t leave bad reviews but our experience with this business was so disappointing and distressing to our family members - it deserves a 1 star rating. Great experience with James fixing our panel lift garage door. Stacey was great in customer service, enabling the door to be fixed same day. James gave sound recommendations based on his decades of experience, saving us time and money by replacing both cables, servicing the unit and giving sound advice. Highly recommend, will use again.
