price was expensive compared to others, plus roller door keep getting blocked intermittently, found out from another repairer that it just need a small knock on the metal rail to keep it aligned, after i did that, no more occurrence of getting blocked, not sure why the installer didn't fix it in the first place, instead told me to pull by hand if get stuck, duh
