J&E completed a full deck rebuild for us, and also replaced our skylights. They were very helpful during the process of selecting everything, everyone was friendly and easy to work with, the work was meticulous, and it all looks amazing. Outstanding and trust worthy customer service! From consult, scheduling, communication and finished results. We LOVE our new roof and the care J&E's team provided throughout the entire process. We'll have to find something else for them around the house just to have them back over; that's how great everyone is!
J&E responded quickly to my question about buckled siding installed by them. They quickly came and checked it out and ordered new pieces of siding. Not long after that, the old siding pieces were replaced correctly with new.
Working with Jason and their superintendent Chad was great. Chad was on top of every aspect of our basement remodeling project. They made sure that our needs were met and did the work in a timely fashion. We were extremely happy with the final product.
