Outstanding and trust worthy customer service! From consult, scheduling, communication and finished results. We LOVE our new roof and the care J&E's team provided throughout the entire process. We'll have to find something else for them around the house just to have them back over; that's how great everyone is!
J&E responded quickly to my question about buckled siding installed by them. They quickly came and checked it out and ordered new pieces of siding. Not long after that, the old siding pieces were replaced correctly with new.
Working with Jason and their superintendent Chad was great. Chad was on top of every aspect of our basement remodeling project. They made sure that our needs were met and did the work in a timely fashion. We were extremely happy with the final product.
From start to finish these guys were friendly, professional and skilled. They did an amazing job with our basement! Jason and Chad are awesome and even responded to any concern after hours. There were no hidden charges and they laid everything put from the start! I honestly have zero complaints and would use them again for any remodel. Thanks for giving us the basement of our dreams!
Jason, Erik, Chad, office staff and building crew completed a wonderful functional and stylish basement for our family. The crew was very clean and skilled in their work. Took a bit longer than expected but they worked with us to finish around our schedule. We will enjoy this area for many years!
