This was the worst experience we've had. This couple clearly had no experience in doing the job we hired them to do. Instead of being honest and telling us they couldn't do the job, they just pretended and did mess which costed double as we had to pay to undo their work and redo it correctly. This couple had no trouble accepting the full payment but did not keep their word to return to complete the job. Please don't repeat our mistake in trusting J&E Handyman to do any work on your home.

Call them out they gave me a quote said they would be back the next. Day I haven't seen or heard from them and they want answer there phone ,poor way to do business..so I guess I'll have to look eles where. Very unprofessional want even call you back or answer the phone funny they were quick to answer at first but now no answer no call back no nothing Very unprofessional

Unfortunately, I am reposting this negative review. I had pulled my initial review when they expressed concern over the effect it would have on their reputation. I should have known better. I hired and fully paid J&E, for a job that has yet not been finished. They are unresponsive and unreliable. I contracted them to do a concrete driveway that is still, after 4 weeks, unfinished. I love Erica and john! They are so professional and always go above and beyond! They have helped me with many projects. I call them for anything I need. Thank you guys you are the best
