3 years later, still going well. We just added a 42kwh battery and it all works well together.
Poorly installed, did not register it with United Energy, would not respond to calls for assistance and now apparently and conveniently in Administration. After 2 years since installed and hardly any Solar credits due to poor craftsmanship and now we have to pay someone else to fixed the issues. Avoid these people! They are very unprofessional and deserve to be out of business!
The worst service I have ever experienced! We installed solar panel in early September, and now almost Christmas we still have not get any benefit from the big solar installation. Jake and Lauren just not care about their customers ! United Energy asked them to provide paperwork , and 3 months after so many times of my calls and messages, still nothing! Unbelievable!
Unfortunately do not recommend JE Electrical. Not their technical abilities, installation process, customer communication or the non-existent after sales service. After a visit to our house, Jake quoted 2 systems, we had questions but were assured all would be fine on installation. Turned out neither system quoted was able to be installed on our house & we were forced to get a bigger, more expensive.
