The workers were through, polite, courteous. They were very careful to minimize any dust and cleaned up when they finished. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Ethan arrived on schedule, inspected the chimney outdoors, and gave photos of his findings. Since our insert was new to us, he tested its operation, swept our fireplace and chimney flue, and went over all of its functions. He provided us with a written inspection report, left the living room as clean as before, and addressed all of our questions.
