We hired JE Dunn for a commercial construction project and were extremely disappointed. There was a clear lack of coordination among their teams, leading to repeated mistakes and rework. Cost overruns and missed deadlines became the norm. Would not recommend for any time-sensitive or budget-conscious builds.
This company overpromises and underdelivers. The team was courteous at first, but once the contract was signed, the level of care dropped significantly. Deadlines were pushed repeatedly, and accountability was nowhere to be found. Definitely regret choosing JE Dunn.
Working with JE Dunn was frustrating from start to finish. Between the project delays, the lack of clear communication, and the subpar craftsmanship, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. It’s just not worth the hassle.
