I stood at the help desk in the shop waiting to helped and I was ignored by 3 fools talking about stuff they did over the weekend. I took my business elsewhere.
Had my converted box truck - RV in for service. There was an initial mistake during a transmission rear seal replacement, but the issue was immediately addressed and corrected. Shannon the GM of the facility personally over saw the process and made sure repairs were done on time and got me back on the road.
These guys are amazing! Great customer service and timely repairs. What more can you ask for? Steve rocks!
