We are new in the area and had the dreaded 'check engine' system light come on in our car. We saw this place and popped in on the off chance they'll be able to give us an idea of what to do. Within 2 minutes Reece had the diagnostic kit out and had found the code. Within 5 minutes he had found the issue was with an airbox hose. Once it was in he rang to tell me. I zipped up and within 5 minutes the broken one was out and the new one was in. Five stars. We will be back in the future. Cheers.
Highly recommended. My car started producing unpleasant metallic noises from the chassis, and the garages I'd used before in Banff had three to four week waiting lists. M&R Auto Repairs (formerly JE Auto Services, and still featuring J himself) managed to fit me in next day, diagnosed the problem, fixed it at a very reasonable price. Lots of good reviews for this place but mostly from several years ago, so I'm happy to add a more recent one to the list. They'll be my first pick next time the car needs attention.
