William and Joey had to come back out for an additional repair to the wiring to the pump motor. Johnny on the spot. Fixed in a jiffy. They also offered some suggestions to maintain our sprinkler heads. Great service.
I've been here for 50 yrs but have only had this septic system since early 1980's. It was supposed to be for the house and my grandmother's mobile home but unfortunately, she was only able to live there a short 12 days. My dad trusted your company before JDW and I've trusted you since. Thank you for taking care if an old woman in her later years. I am not happy with the services provided by Joey Cambree. After getting our septic tank maintenanced, we started having a leak on our lawn right below the septic tank. I called JDW to get it fixed and Joey came out but never dug the area where the leak was located (even though my mom asked him to). Instead, he looked at the septic tank, said we needed a clean out cause our filter was dirty-when we had already had a clean out last year.
