I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by JDTS Group of Services. There has been a lack of proper communication, long delays, and no clear resolution despite multiple follow-ups. The overall experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, especially when trying to get simple updates or outcomes. I expected a much higher level of service and reliability.
Avoid at any cost, john is not good at service and very rude, i should have read the reviews.
