While I'm not a customer of JDT I need to praise these guys. I was on my way to work today when my tire popped and I was on my rim. I was able to pull into a parking lot intending on calling AAA but they flagged me down and asked if I was okay with them changing my tire for me. I thought they were just going to let me know about the flat but they actually asked if they could change it for me. Justin was really nice and great, really nice amenities in his car, and you can tell he really cares about the experience you have as his client and tries his best. one of the best drivers I’ve had!!
Justin was the best driver I have ever had! He was professional, sweet, offered wi-fi, water, climate control and anything to make my ride comfortable and safe! His car was absolutely a 5 star also, with filtered air, extra air bags and all the bells and whistles that you never see with other companies!
