This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with the automotive industry ever. I dropped off my truck after blowing up the transmission told him what I wanted to do to upgrade it slightly. He then proceeded to tell me for over 6 months that he was still waiting on a torque converter in Houston. Finally he told me it was ready to pick up but he couldn’t for at least another week so I offered to go pick up the converter myself. He declined and said he would do it. This is a very questionable shop. Be very cautious about taking your vehicle to this location. Very unprofessional staff and would not correct their mistakes. Had to have vehicle towed after their work.
This is the second vehicle I have taken to JD he is professional and honest and everything in life is not perfect there will always be minor set backs not his fault some of you pansy's don't have patience or the understanding how the real world works don't give you the right to slander a good man's name and service keep it up JD you definitely got my business
