0 STARS IF I COULD. Avoid this contractor at all costs. He has a poor reputation within the sub contractors, claiming to have crews ready to work when in fact he hires out sub par crews. He lacks the skills to do a big job right. He had no clue about material pricing and was totally unorganized when it came to planning. DO NOT HIRE!!!! John Donato was the WORST contractor I have ever encountered! He was started my project 4 months late. After, his team did a good job the first two weeks, which my family was very thrilled about. Afterwards, he stopped showing up for weeks at hand. Got my power shut down by the town for a month. Would not answer phone calls or text messages. He would say he was coming with a “full crew on deck ready to work “ every week. I’d wait for them and nothing.
