Excellent tile work, I've worked with Jd's twice now and always pleased with the results!
I can echo any of the terrible reviews. I won't get into details but this contractor has amateur plumbing skills. Bath remodel took 2.5 months. Didn't show up, didn't respond. I was treated like an after-school project. After project was "done" , multiple points of the plumbing failed causing extensive damage. My real plumber said none of it was to code and fixed all the issues. Also needed a GC to come repair walls and floors. Cost us thousands more to get right/repair. This is an unprofessional AMATEUR. Stay away!
Run while you can. We had a major leak after the work was completed (but he ghosted us so of course we weren’t going to get support for the mistake HE made (HE being the owner)). I had a bunch of bathroom work done for upgrades and repairs and he assured me he was familiar and had the expertise to fix. Not only did he no show multiple times but when he did show up it was hours late, accompanied by staff whom were not experienced and did an absolute horrible job.
