Terrible experience with JDS today. We've been an active customer for years. Had to talk to 3 different JDS departments to resolve a $16 issue. I then was made out to be the bad guy. At checkout it said free shipping. However, I was charged $15.75 for shipping on our invoice. At checkout it didn't show this charge.
Awesome experience working with them. Placed an order at 1 in the afternoon and received it the next day before 10 am!!!
