Excellent customer service
I had an excellent experience working with JDS on my sublimation awards! Their customer service, art design, and production teams all exceeded my expectations. Everyone I worked with was incredibly patient and helpful, especially when I needed to make changes along the way. (Shout out to Serena!) The final products turned out beautifully, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience — I’ll definitely be ordering again!
Your website is horrible. I filtered by polar camel 20oz, selected red, only one option showed up, non slider lids. Didn’t even think about them, ordered the 136 I needed. When I got them i realized I needed the slider lids. Called customer service, they wouldn’t let me exchange them, I had to pay $200 just for lids. He told me to search “20 oz red” which I did and silver showed 😒 your website is deceiving. FYI if you filter by other colors it shows both slider lid and regular lid options.
Terrible experience with JDS today. We've been an active customer for years. Had to talk to 3 different JDS departments to resolve a $16 issue. I then was made out to be the bad guy. At checkout it said free shipping. However, I was charged $15.75 for shipping on our invoice. At checkout it didn't show this charge.
