Doesn't answer their phone and when they do they hang up on you. I'm not even sure if this company even exists. Worthless.
Great service. Had an entire Carrier HVAC system put in. Within a week of accepting job, JD's started immediately and didn't leave until late in the day. Very professional and courteous. JD's always called when they were on their way. JD's delivered on our agreement, and I would highly recommend! We have had heat for over a week, and JD's just called to make sure everything was working well and came out to change out air filter. Thank you!
I was in desperate need of repair at a rental. I had called the previous company I’d used on multiple occasions but after 3 weeks of no return calls I searched elsewhere. I called several places locally who said they would not service Clay County, (honestly I can’t blame them as this is a terrible county to come to) I did a google search and found JDs. He came out 30 min later than when he said he would be there. He did fix the issue. He took my filters which are metal that have to be ordered. Charged me for 2 sets and has yet to replace them. Over 2 months ago. He won't return my calls.
I called twice ,was told they would come check our heat pump, but they didn't call or come . Will not call again .
