Love JDS. Great gym and great environment. Can’t say enough good things about Jeff and the culture he’s created.
From what I've witnessed, Jeff is a pillar of the community, he has a heart of generosity, to make young athletes the best they can be. People of all ages are constantly stopping by for his wise advice. He truly cares for whomever he trains.

Jeff is the greatest. Godly man cares about every ones fitness. I like the 24/7 day a week open times. All the members look out for one another. Safe place for kids to work out.
