The secondary tensioner "fell off" my bike (not uncommon with the sporties apparently). Took us several days to get the part he charged very reasonably to properly tension the belt and also took a looksee to see if anything else needed attention. I'd use him again. He was recommended by the guy that towed my bike when tensioner decided to take a walk. You don't need to take out a loan like you do if you go to Harley.
I brought Steve my 2011 Road King oil change I had a coupon for it which was a good deal he went above and beyond he change the primary oil and check the transmission thank God he did because it was was low very good service .plus he was open on a Sunday by appts I recommend this shop big time
