We hired Joel to do some construction, drywall, and painting in our garage including the ceiling. Work done exceeded our expectations, was done within the timeline agreed to, and for the price quoted. Excellent craftsmanship, value, and service! We used JDS again in 2022 for indoor renovation including framing, drywall, hardwood flooring, painting, and finishes. Another job well done!

I recently hired Joel for the first time to do some repairs that included painting and cabinetry work in my home. I found Joel very professional, detailed oriented and he listens to what you want while providing you suggestions. He takes extreme pride and ownership in his workmanship and is affordable.
We recently had our garage doors painted and our deck sanded and stained. Joel was so accommodating with our last minute colour changes and always provided suggestions. He kept us updated on the progress of our job daily and responded to emails in a timely manner. He is affordable, quick and friendly!!! Highly recommended!
We recently worked with Joel to update our basement. The scope of work included painting, carpentry and co-ordinating with other trades to get electrical, plumbing and glass installation completed.
