As a new resident of Scottsdale, I was looking for a good mechanic to handle an issue with my alternator in my 2006 4Runner on Sunday afternoon. Based on the reviews for JD's Automotive, I took a chance. Wow! Amazing. They took me with no issues on Monday morning - diagnosed the issue, clearly communicated with me and applied the fix per my approval and I was out the door by 2:00PM. Reasonable and accurate service. Now I am one week past the issue, the truck is running like clockwork. Highly recommend.
I was recommended to go to JD's Auto care from a friend. BEST decision I ever made after going to the bigger chains for way to long who could NOT fix a engine light on my very old car. Kudos to Jeff and Rick for diagnosing / getting it done in 2 hrs. Very fair pricing and are committed to customer care without trying to sell you repairs YOU do not need! After a year with check engine light on, just passed my emissions test today. My NEW go to shop and should be yours too
Been going to JD’s for a few years now and I can’t imagine trusting anywhere else with my Toyota. The guys there are super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, professional and really know their field of work. I always drive away knowing they serviced my car with TLC and with a great fair price.
