I cannot recommend them enough!!! I am a bad homeowner and didn’t blow out my sprinklers in time. My pipe cracked. I panicked and found them on google. I called and got Cody on the phone he walked me through how to shut off my water until he could get there bright and early the next morning. He checked everything out blowout our system. Listen to what my husband and I were thinking and agreed with us. He made sure we are set for the spring and let us know when they will reach out to do the spring service! Joe and his team were knowledgeable and professional! Fast service!!
It looks like the service was excellent, however, i was told that the valve was leaking from the area above the t.v, in the basement. I called a plumber and he said he didn’t see the leak. I tried to contact someone when the plumber was here, but I couldn’t. He charged me for the service visit and said he’d come back if they could tell him where the valve that’s leaking is located . If there isn’t a problem I don’t want to pay over $575. Could you have someone call me tomorrow? Thanks, Linda Westmoreland
First time having someone due the winterizing and Alex was friendly and did a wonderful job and explained everything I needed to know. Gonna use them again in spring time
