I went with this business but they are a huge let down! First off they make-up me wait 3 months for a survey then tell me they have had it but no one sent it through wow what a great company! Then after I sent through my design they then sent me there own design which was no we're near my design then after I sent through my design again they still cannot get it right even tho I sent my design!!! JDR recently completed our build and I couldn’t be happier with their service throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Josh was incredibly helpful and transparent especially when I was still in the process of purchasing a block of land. JDR built my first house and I’m so glad they did! Everyone I spoke to in the process was so down to earth and lovely. JDR staff and the suppliers. Even after the build was completed, it was so easy to follow up on things and I was always able to get in touch with one call. Jesse was my project manager, he was fantastic and made everything so easy. I am kinda sad it’s all over because I won’t get to chat to him and all the lovely staff like Cila. If you are in the market for a quality builder that is honest, give Josh and his team a call. We got beyond mucked around with another builder in the area and got into contact with JDR homes and it has been a pleasure working in with them. Their team are all very professional, build time was great and communication has been very good.
