We hired JPD Land Development to dig a power trench for Pacific Power to run new lines to our home. Jeremy is great to work with. Communicates clearly, regularly and is on time with the schedules. Pleasure to work with and would definitely work with them again.
We used JDP for a small project to even out some land and make a gravel pad with a trim for a green house. Jeremy was responsive, made sure he understood what our expectations were with the project, and had great communication. Even though it was a small project, he still made it feel like a priority.
Jeremy at JDP Land Development & Demolition did an amazing job grading around our house, correcting the holes, hills, and zero grading that were the results of some construction a year or so ago. Jeremy responded quickly to my request for a quote, was very friendly and professional, and followed through with his commitment to get the job done. Through it all, his communication was great, and he kept me posted and ensured the surprises were minimized. Highly recommend JDP Land Development & Demolition, 5 starts!
Jeremy at JDP just regraded my driveway, removed many yards of material, and put down 36 yards of gravel on my driveway. He was great to work with, able to start soon after bidding the job, and finished ahead of schedule. The finished product was as described and met expectations. I won’t hesitate to use Jeremy again for any future projects in his wheel house.
I work for Bennington Properties and we were in a pinch when our normal snow plow vendor’s equipment went down and we got over 50 inches of snow in Sunriver! I spoke to Jeremy and he was ready and willing to go out immediately! He did an amazing job and even sent me photos of the completed projects as he completed them!! Fantastic communication and very prompt. 10/10 recommend!!
