If you need excavation or septic work, Jeremy is the man! He went above and beyond on our project and helped us tremendously throughout the process of our septic tank and drain field replacement! I can't say enough good about JDP and would highly recommend!!

We hired JPD Land Development to dig a power trench for Pacific Power to run new lines to our home. Jeremy is great to work with. Communicates clearly, regularly and is on time with the schedules. Pleasure to work with and would definitely work with them again.
We used JDP for a small project to even out some land and make a gravel pad with a trim for a green house. Jeremy was responsive, made sure he understood what our expectations were with the project, and had great communication. Even though it was a small project, he still made it feel like a priority.
