I really wanted to like JDO pools. They have a professional looking retail location in Kilmarnock, seemed to be experienced (as they also have a Richmond location) and the owner and Staff were nice. They were hired to close and open our pool. Closing went fine. Opening was a disaster: - They arrived late, worked for a couple of hours and left without saying a word. -The bottom of the pool was left filthy with debris. - All valves were left open - Pool heater was left on (don't know why it was turned on) - Skimmer baskets wer... read more
Suzanne was simply amazing from start to finish! It's great to see this kind of professionalism! She was awesome and we love our new spa cover and lift! Kudos
DO NOT USE JDO Pools for building or maintenance of your pool. They built a pool for us in 2022. It was a horrific experience from start to finish! The list of everything that went wrong would fill pages and pages. Worst company ever!
I think they're out of business, called them several times and no answer. Try someone else.
