Jordan was very professional and polite over the phone. He came out as soon as i had told him the problem we had with the toilet. He had a look at the the root of the problem and explained it to me very clearly what had happened. He was very thorough through out the whole process. He was very friendly and did an amazing job. 10/10 i highly recommend him to family and friends and definitely will use him again.
