I reached out on a Friday. I spoke to Jim- sent pics (see before) and he gave me a quote- he was very fair about the price. He knew I was nervous about the trim flapping in the wind, making noise, but also tapping the window. I was worried it would fly off and damage a car or a person so he got the guys out the very next morning! Just had my garage windows replaced… guys were prompt, professional and thorough. Windows look awesome…. One of their competitors quoted me almost twice the price! Would definitely use these guys again!
