1. Took over six months from breaking ground to complete an in ground pool 2. Hired an incompetent, non dependable and unprofessional excavator 3. Says he is turn key yet rarely involved until time to install the pool. He is a salesman who sells you a pool. After that he did nothing to facilitate the process. 4. Many bumps at bottom of pool and box creases.

Left my gate, open multiple times. We have kids and small dogs. The last few times I cleaned the pool they barely touched it. Left to dirty, without even clean the skimmer.

Hands down one of the best communicating contractors I have ever met. Shaun was very professional and patient as I asked many questions about such a large undertaking as installing a pool. He had to work around a rainy Virginia spring but it took 10 days from when the excavator started to when water was pumped into the pool. Exactly what he said. I would highly recommend Shaun and his team for your pool installation.
