Last year, Cody helped me with a plumbing issue at my home, and I remember being really impressed by how responsive, professional, and efficient he was. Our kitchen sink would not drain properly and the problem was found to be collected grease in pipe (from the previous owners) way down in basement. It was a difficult job and took time and skill and perseverance (and money,lol). They were available same day.The bill was hard to read and understand and the plumber called to explain it. They are a good operation, left no mess, very pleasant and polite and explained everything carefully.I highly recommend them but perhaps a clearer invoice would be helpful.

I HAD to call this plumber in case the sink clog was the building’s problem. We didn’t know that we would be overcharged. For a simple drain to be snaked, we paid over $500. They charged us to bring the equipment up, charged us for the mileage to come to the door (use to be standard but competitor has reduced this cost), the tech that came took 2 personal calls, left garbage in the sink, garbage on the floor.
