If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. John had my van in his shop for over a year and somehow managed to do absolutely nothing with it. I was constantly met with excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't being worked on. And that is only if I was able to get him on the phone - typically I would go weeks without hearing from him. He will charm you in the beginning and overpromise, but I assure you will be extremely disappointed in the end.
