I had a great experience with JDM Import Ltd. The communication was excellent and Ivan was extremely helpful and patient browsing the auctions and suggesting options based on my budget and specifications. I ended up not importing because my dream car popped up as a rare find on fb marketplace. The entire $784 deposit was refunded within 2 days of request. If I choose to import in the future, I will certainly go with this company.

My experience with JDM Import was very impressive. My phone calls were answered by a human being and my emails were responded to quickly. Ivan was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is refreshing to deal with a company that values the customer and has ethics that are seldom seen in today's marketplace. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I cannot recommend Ivan and JDM Import enough. I started working with Ivan due to the excellent communcation. Other importers were not very responsive, but Ivan was always available and answered all of my questions as a first time buyer. Although I was hesitant to pay the initial fee it was cheaper than others and he offered a return policy if needed. Well I hate dealing with car salesmen, they rip people off for a living. So when I dealt with the owner I was genuinely surprised that he did not try to play any typical salesman games or tricks, just an honest genuine guy, the cars he has are all quality and they end up being a much much better option than importing yourself (I looked into it) quality vehicles sold by a quality person. Ivan made the whole process 100x easier he was super helpful with whatever I asked him and in the process of looking for the car he would let me know if there was something wrong with the car which was beyond helpful, if you were going to import a car and you asked me who to choose I’d say Ivan from Jdm imports 100% of the time. Thanks Ivan!!!!!!
