It’s ridiculous how bad this business is. I paid for an item and extravagant delivery 7 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it. It is impossible to contact them by phone . I have written to them at least 5 times on Facebook they eventually responded in mid January 4 weeks after my order and said my item will ship in a couple of days. Still nothing.
