I got ahold of William as I wanted to purchase a car from the japan stock, signed the form and sent the money, but 3 days later was told it was no longer available, so I looked at other cars on the site but wasn't really interested so we both agreed on looking at the auction side and signed that agreement which states 100% refundable. This was my first ever vehicle purchase, and first time importing a JDM vehicle. William made the whole process extremely simple and straightforward. He even has contacts who can check out vehicle before purchasing. With his help I was able to find a 2003 Honda Stepwagon with low kms, zero rust, and a spotless interior. It feels like a brand new car! It took a fair bit longer (9 months from start to finish) than I was made to believe from the website, but the wait was worth it.
The wait is WORTH IT! I ordered a Suzuki Swift last July 2024. I was really worried about buying this car because I didn 't have the opportunity to check it out in person, but with the help of William, he provided me with an inspection sheet graded 3.5, which is a good result.
