I don’t understand why it takes me posting a 1 star review to get this company to send me a detailed invoice for a vehicle I bought 6 months ago. Last amount for car was paid July 30th(shipping/customs). Still no invoice. 11 weeks ago… September 21, last contact was almost 4 weeks ago. How come it’s takes this long to get an invoice/receipt when it is supposedly coming from Edmonton? Edit: multiple messages have now been sent and still no response Edit(2): still no contact, have tried the listed business number that was used... read more

Excellent service, consistent communication, and overall enjoyed my experience. I was a first time importer but William was great throught it all, highly recommend.

I got ahold of William as I wanted to purchase a car from the japan stock, signed the form and sent the money, but 3 days later was told it was no longer available, so I looked at other cars on the site but wasn't really interested so we both agreed on looking at the auction side and signed that agreement which states 100% refundable. We'll after looking at a few different cars, we found one and tried to get it but couldn't due to a reserve price.
