I had an absolutely terrible experience with JDM Auto Collision in Lawrence. I trusted them with my vehicle and parts, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. They kept my part and my money, and despite my repeated requests, they refused to return either. Their communication was unprofessional, and they showed no interest in resolving the situation fairly.
