Where to begin? Luis did a horrible job on our project. The workmanship is so sloppy that it’s scary to believe that people actually use him and are happy with the results. When we started calling him out on the defects, poor quality, and his unresponsive communication habits….he just walked away from the job. This is partly our fault, as we paid him too much up front and now we are in the process of taking him to small claims court. We had another contractor show up to finish the work and he was shocked at the quality.
