We recently encountered an issue with the remote start that was installed by JDL Customs under previous ownership back in 2021, so we reached out to have it checked. We spoke with Justin from the new ownership, and not only did he inspect the issue right away, but he also went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer on our behalf to see if a warranty claim was still possible—even though the warranty period had already passed. Fantastic service. Went in with an issue with my fob. Fixed and working in less then 10 minutes. Friendly fast service.
I had a remote start installed in my truck today, and it’s safe to say I’m impressed. Justin and his team do excellent work from start to finish, while also being fast, cost-effective, and very efficient. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for audio upgrades or vehicle accessories. I’ve attached before and after photos of what he had to deal with in my vehicle just to show the quality work he does.
