JDK heating & Cooling recently installed a Rheem Hybrid Heat Pump Hot Water tank for me. There was a manufacture error on the mother board. They ensured I had hot water with the hybrid functions and ordered and replaced mother board. Very impressed and felt ensured they would get it working properly which they did.
