Technician was very professional. He even suggested to do preventative maintenance on all of my equipment. Grateful for it!
I had an awesome experience with JDK and this is my 2nd time using them after they replaced a furnace in my rental a few years ago. Andrew was the Technician that came out to my parent's house to service the tankless hot water tank and I received a text 30mins before his arrival. He made sure to explain what was completed in the service, what I might need to watch out for going forward, and also recommended a maintenance schedule which I will 100% be going for! Had some issues with my tankless water heater. I called JDK and spoke with a guy name Keith. He quoted me a fair deal. I shopped around and then called him back to confirm a date and time. Long story short no one ever showed up. I called them back only to have the admin lady to give me the run around. Absolute joke of a plumbing service. Would not recommend even for the slightest issue.
