Had some issues with my tankless water heater. I called JDK and spoke with a guy name Keith. He quoted me a fair deal. I shopped around and then called him back to confirm a date and time. Long story short no one ever showed up. I called them back only to have the admin lady to give me the run around. Absolute joke of a plumbing service. Would not recommend even for the slightest issue.
Andrew with JDK did an excellent job flushing my water heater. The process was efficient and thorough, and my water heater is now running smoothly. Highly recommend for their professionalism and expertise. Great value for the price.
Kyle did the AC maintenance on our new-to-us home and did an excellent job. He was friendly and positive, took the time to explain things, and took pictures of the issues before and after he fixed up or cleaned them which I found really efficient and helpful. I swear our air quality has noticeably improved.
