Hey, so some tech come to my house. And they change gasket on the furnace and for some reason, they seem to never turn the heat back on. I was confused cause I don't know much about furnace and I ended up talking to this guy by the name of Ryan and Ryan. Told me to call on Whatsapp video call and he walk me through the process. Ryan. I just wanted to tell you that I appreciate you taking the time out to help me. You're the best thank you for helping me ryan.
Very good service by service technicians Andrew and Kyle. They did a thorough inspection and maintenance of AC, Furnace and On demand Tankless water heater
Andrew was on time to fix the problem. He was very conscientious when doing the repairs. Excellent worker. His advice on how to take care of the Building problem was communicated to the VP of the Board very clearly. We shall refer your company to others in our complex if they encounter a plumbing problem. Thank you for sending Andrew so quickly.
Andrew came to do a flush and inspection on a hot water unit. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and was happy to educate me and discuss proper maintenance procedures with my unit. My experience with Andrew has been excellent, and I am definitely going to request Andrew specifically in the future for our next home in Sherwood. Give the guy a raise and a cookie. Great experience all around.
Excellent attention to detail by Andrew in solving my sump pump problem. He assessed the situation, provided me with a quote and completed the installation of a new sump pump. He also noticed a problem with my cold water flow in a basement bathroom & offered a solution. Great service!
