Had a fantastic experience with JDK recently with the install of my new ductless minisplit. From the initial quote, my multiple questions on best brands, size, etc. They were great! Big shout out to the installers, Steve and Thaer as well. Very friendly, kept me aprised of everything they did along the way and left my space cleaner than they found it. Highly reccomend JDK to everyone!
My elderly neighbour was having furnace issues and had tried to have it repaired through the cold snap. It is the weekend and she called me to say she had no heat in the house and as concerned neighbours, my wife and I called the JDK 24 hr emerg line and were greeted by a very professional call center that advised she would call out a tech ASAP. I have had problems with my furnace for over 2 years now but whenever I call the JDK staff has been helpful. I want to single out one technician, Jaden, who attended to a complex repair issue on Feb 24, 2026. He was professional and friendly. The kind of tech you want in your home when you are frustrated by some equipment. Bravo Jaden!
Jayden did a great job servicing our tankless hot water tank. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.
