I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. My Machanic referred I called ahead and spoke to the owner about getting my catalytic converters replaced, and he gave me a set price. When I arrived, I confirmed that same price again with his son before they started the work. They told me it would take 2–3 hours, but my car was there from 1 PM to 5:30 PM.
