Since the last owner was taken out of the picture, (i believe they were cousins or brothers) The company has gone to crap. They have their employees who live 300 miles away from jobs pay for their own hotels, or they can sleep in their cars. Its either you do that or do not have a job, cause according to JDI their office is located in Perris so San Diego isnt that far, when most of their employees live way further then that from job sites. They do not pay per Diem when travailing either. Their owner only cares about filling up his private jet. The company is very unorganized, Most of the time you are sitting around trying to figure out what to do. They show no care or respect for their employees. The workers are nice, but management and owners are just plain out stupid.

Your a horrible company pay is shit you treat employees like shit you don't know shit AND you don't have the proper materials to do the job and VERY unorganized company and you have so called commercial jobs . What a joke ! Building a F grade for ur self your newbes are drugie and don't know any better - maybe if you were a alright company u should and would do drug testing
