We had two beds made, two chairs reupholstered and several decorative pllows made by Javier. I am somewhat mechanically inclined and do some woodworking myself. I have had occasions to see him at work in his shop and I can tell you that Javier is a superb upholsterer and absolutely excellent carpenter. As an example, he took two 50 year old slipper chairs apart that were in really bad shape and rebuilt and reupholstered them into a condition that is better than when they were new. Javier is a true professional. I am a person obsessed with detail and Javier did not disappoint. His work and work ethic are outstanding and I would recommend him without reservation. He reupholstered two living room chairs we couldn’t part with and the result exceeded any new replacements we considered. We found an antique chair which he also did and once again exceeded expectations. Now we spend time looking for finds he can breathe new life into. Truly glad to know him. Reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with.
