John and his crew have helped me get over the hump of not knowing what workouts to do or what to eat. They catered a workout program and a meal program specific to my needs and it has helped me immensely.

Working with John and his team has been a fantastic experience. The flexibility to come and go on my own schedule — even after hours — is a huge benefit for anyone who needs that kind of convenience. I am someone who hadn’t walked into a gym in over 20 years and was a bit intimidated by a gym atmosphere. I am so glad I walked through their doors:) The atmosphere, supportive people and expertise has me walking out feeling lighter than when I walked in and I feel challenged and filled with great energy for the rest of my day. Put the program on hold for my son. He was playing sports so no time to use it. I forgot what date I had put it on hold to. When the time was up no email or notification. I was charged $150.00 went in to find out how to cancel( the website had changed and did not have that ability)) it was two days after the charge. They would not give the $150.00 back. Said I would pay Netflix if I was not using it. Unimpressed.
