I recently joined JD Fit after recovering from cancer. I've always been active and the thought of trying to get back into shape after a year seemed daunting. John, and the rest of the JD Fit team have been kind, supportive, and encouraging while realistically setting my goals. I couldn't be happier and feel like I found a place where I belong.
Clean friendly gym. The atmosphere can be personal and private or bubbly and social depending on what you need from your gym experience that day. It is totally up to you. Great atmosphere! The trainers are real experts. The program they set up for me has pushed limits and I see the positive gains. I have never been involved with a gym so connected to it’s members. If you are unsure what gym to use, I highly recommend going to JDFit. The staff are amazing and keep you motivated!
If you are looking for strangers who uplift and become family quickly, a program that pushes you beyond what you think is possible, friendly comradery, and loads of knowledge- you should definitely give JD Fit a try! Clean, flexible scheduling, awesome/supportive trainers and just an overall great atmosphere.
By far the best gym owner I’ve ever met. John has been nothing but friendly and helpful over the years, great atmosphere and a good gym overall!
