John has been doing plumbing work for me for 6 years. I can't fault his plumbing work however he fitted a bathroom for me a little while ago. I noticed after I'd paid him a few things he hadn't done also other things done incorrectly. I sent John a text explaining I wasn't impressed. Didn't get response so I sent another text saying I'd correct the work I could but felt I should get a small refund for doing work I felt I'd already paid for still didn't get response. I woke on Christmas Eve to find I had no hot water. Most plumbers were closed already for Christmas so I was so relieved when my telephone call was answered. He arrived within a short time and I was left with my hot ater restored with an instruction from him to call him at any time over the festive period. Extremely good and friendly service and I'll call him again if necessary in the future.
