I would not recommend this builder under any circumstances! Many corners were cut and only 3.5 years later...have been forced to replaced 3 faucets and both shower heads were installed wrong, all outside door knobs, both outside hose bibs, dishwasher, garbage disposal and flooring. Also the sheet rock in several rooms on the ceiling are falling down in chunks. I expect the roof will leak this winter...frustrated.
JDC did a terrible job building our home. We have had nothing but trouble with this home, including: Failed window trim, creating water leaks on several of our windows Mold from water leaks and improperly installed vapor barrier Improperly installed exhaust over stove which created a fire hazard Nails popping out of the walls and ceilings
