We had JDC design and reno a bathroom and bedroom as well as build a ramp in the garage to enter our home to make it wheelchair accessible. Steve was great throughout the whole reno. He went above and beyond, doing the little extras for us. The work was done in a timely manner and it exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love how it all turned our. The bathroom looks amazing. I highly recommend JDC for any project. Thank you Paul, Margaret, Tim, Steve and Courtney for your part in making it happen.
We had a small project (detached garage) which we needed plans for to apply for a building permit. Other companies said it was too small but JDC didn’t hesitate to take us on as clients and they did the work we needed in a timely manner. If ever we need another project done we will definitely give them a call and we will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
Working with the JDC crew was a very good experience. They were responsive to our concerns through both the design and construction stages. We renovated a basement unit to meet building code standards for a second apartment. The JDC crew addressed each challenge with professionalism and courtesy. We are now the proud owners with our daughter of a registered two unit house. On to the next "journey with JDC" as we renovate the upstairs kitchen!!
As a painting contractor working with the JDC team has been an absolute pleasure. Tim and the teams communication is top notch, and they are always keeping us in the loop and respecting our process for quality. We work with quite a few custom home builders, and JDC is one of the best!
