These guys have been working in our street for the past 4 months. drilling down the exact same location in the morning and filling it up in the afternoon. Every time we think they are done, they come back again and repeat the exact same process. I am not sure why they cannot do everything all at once when the ditch is open. I guess they do not care about the residents and business close by as long as they drag the job longer and make more money.
