Our fireplace has been out of commission due to a clogged chimney. Jesse was friendly and arrived within the allotted time frame. He cleaned the fireplace and chimney flue well.

He cleaned the fireplace and chimney flue well, but when it came to cleaning the vent on top of the roof he just looked at it from the yard and said "It looks fine to me."
